Please be advised that a $85 non refundable deposit is required for any cut or colour service, for smoothing services $200 and bigger packages including dual services can be up to 50%.
This must be paid when booking to make things fair on all clients.
Please note free vouchers can’t be used for deposits.

• Deposit: We do understand that emergency’s do come up and will transfer your credit to your next appointment if we are notified within 24 hours of your appointment, if you no show to your appointment, you will lose your deposit, including gift voucher (No refunds given).

• We do offer exchange on products purchased if you aren’t happy and have only used it a couple of times as it sometimes takes time to work (No refunds are given).

• As we want our clients to be 100% satisfied, we are happy to redo your hair if you contact us within 7 days that you are not happy.

• Services: once we have completed service you requested/asked and agreed on, full price applies for change of mind as we are not at fault (No refunds are given).

• Please note that all colour services are for 16 and over and a parent must be present.

• Please wear suitable clothing to your appointment as we are not responsible for your clothing.
